A few helpful details for making your way to Ravello and celebrating with us.
01When should we arrive?
+
We recommend arriving by Saturday morning. This will give you plenty of time to settle into your hotel and refresh before joining us for our kickoff pool party on Saturday afternoon!
If your travel schedule doesn’t allow for a Saturday arrival, please plan to arrive with enough time to join us for our welcome dinner on Sunday evening. The wedding celebration takes place on Monday, and we recommend departing on Tuesday or later so you can fully enjoy the Amalfi Coast.
02Are all of the weekend’s events for everyone? What about children?
+
Yes! All of our guests are invited to join us for the full weekend of events, from the Saturday pool party through Monday’s wedding.
Children are more than welcome to celebrate with us at the pool party and Sunday welcome dinner. However, our Monday wedding and reception at Villa Eva will be an adults-only evening, with the exception of children in our wedding party and nursing mothers.
03How do we get to Ravello?
+
Since Ravello sits up on the cliffs above the Amalfi Coast, getting there takes a little coordination. We recommend flying into either Rome (FCO) for the best fares and flight options, or directly into Naples (NAP).
- From Rome: Take the high-speed train to Naples—just over an hour—then take a private taxi or car transfer from the Naples station directly to your hotel in Ravello, about 1.5 hours.
- From Naples: Skip the trains and take a private taxi or transfer straight from the airport to Ravello, about 1.5 hours.
Unless you’re very comfortable navigating tight cliffside switchbacks and heavy summer traffic, we suggest skipping a rental car for the airport trip. Visit our Travel & Accommodations page for details on local buses, moped rentals, and getting around once you’re in town.
04What should we wear to the wedding?
+
Our dress code for Monday is Black Tie / Dress to Impress! We encourage you to feel glamorous and have fun with your looks.
05Will the wedding be outdoors or indoors? Will there be A/C?
+
The cocktail hour, wedding ceremony, dinner, and desserts will take place outdoors, beginning in the late evening to avoid the hottest time of day.
Our private nightclub will be inside the air-conditioned Villa Eva. At any point after the ceremony, you’ll be able to step inside the villa to cool down if needed.
06Should we rent a car?
+
We don’t recommend renting a car for your airport transfer. Roads along the Amalfi Coast are narrow, parking is scarce, and Ravello itself is best explored on foot. A private transfer is typically the easiest and most relaxing way to reach town.
Renting a moped once you arrive can be an incredible way to explore the coast. Local rental companies can deliver one directly to your hotel, letting you enjoy the winding coastal roads without managing luggage or a car.
07Can I bring a guest?
+
Your RSVP lookup will show everyone included in your invitation. If a guest is included, their name will appear alongside yours. Please reach out to us if anything looks incorrect.
08Can I change my RSVP later?
+
Yes. Return to the RSVP page, enter your name again, and you can update the responses for your party. Please make any final changes by the RSVP deadline, which we’ll share with your formal invitation.
09What will the weather be like?
+
Late July in Ravello is typically hot, sunny, and humid, with warm evenings. Pack light layers, sun protection, and comfortable shoes for the town’s many stone pathways.
10Who should we contact with questions?
+
You can reach out to either of us directly. As plans become final, we’ll add any transportation contacts and day-of details here as well.
11I like your website. Did you build it?
+
This thing is a vibe coded hunk of junk.
Still wondering?
Just ask us.
